The location was excellent!! Sea views, bus stop outside the door, next door to two pubs and a Thai restaurant … would stay here again for the amazing location! Definitely recommend upgrading to a room with a sea view!! We had one of the curved rooms on the front, and I loved the windows. They were beautiful and functional — we could open them all for a strong breeze or just a couple for gentler air flow. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch and warmed the entire room on a chilly night!

Hotel Savoy, hotel in Saint Helier Jersey

Originally a 19th-century manor house, Hotel Savoy has a gym, a seasonal swimming pool, Restaurant 1840, Jazz Bar and deck.

A very modern and elegant hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms are well sized, spotless and bed is comfortable. Good facilities, we weren't able to make use of the outdoor pool as it was a bit too chilly but there is a small gym inside. Live music on some evenings and a comfortable lounge. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast choice, including hot breakfast and continental. We ate in the restaurant for two evenings, well priced in comparison to some of the other restaurants on the island and the food was exceptional! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

should have done a little more research as to how much there was to do & planned the time better. Lots of good offers. We ate at a different location each night. we found the town easy to get round - most places were within easy walking distance.

The Pomme D'Or Hotel is perfectly placed (50 meters from main bus station) for using the efficient and frequent bus services to all parts of the Island. An easy walk out to the best parts of St Helier. For extra special fish meal Quayside restaurant is just across the road. Not cheap but superb food in a lovely room/terrace. Just a perfect place to be in Jersey.

Easy access for all of Jersey from the 10 minute bus station. Beach and cafe within 5 minutes walk. Elizabeth Castle and the Marina view from our room and to the left was the stunning beach. Very interesting and necessary history all round to learn about the hardships of the Island over the years and how they have prospered since. Loads of lovely restaurants for a variety of choice. Get a 1, 2 or 3 day bus pass and just hop on and off when a place takes your fancy!

It was so clean and there were plenty of amazing shops, restaurants and bars. We were lucky to be there for Liberation Day which was amazing. You don't actually need a car as everything in the town is in easy walking distance and the buses take you all around the Island from the centre of town. Everyone we came across was friendly and the atmosphere in town was warm and welcoming. The only down side is that they still operate Sunday closing where almost all the shops are closed. The place was deserted. We made the mistake of eating at Bohemia which is a Michelin starred restaurant. Not only super expensive but utterly pretentious and the staff were particularly rude. St Helier isn't a cheap place but we had a lovely meal at Aromas and The Oyster Box in St Brelades Bay. The Island is small so all the places are easily accessible by taxi or for those fit enough by bicycle. There was plenty to occupy children too.

I hadn't considered what to expect in Jersey but was pleasantly surprised. The island is beautiful with a very laid-back feel to it. St Helier is the perfect size to walk around with plenty of places to eat and drink, and nice quality shops. It has the feel of a nice country town. Be aware that most restaurants close around 9.00pm so don't get caught out! The bus from outside the airport took us straight to the town and it is easy to travel around the island from the bus station in St Helier. Helpful staff and a choice of bus tickets for longer stays. We took an afternoon tour around the island which helped us decide which areas we wanted to visit again. We visited in spring so the blossoms were out, and Jersey has the most beautiful vast beaches. Friendly and helpful people everywhere we went which added to the experience.

Good size room with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and food was great. Considering we had to self-isolate in the room for 27 hours waiting for PCR test results, the hotel staff were very accommodating and all food/drink was available on room service. Nice indoor and outdoor pools with sun loungers (once we were allowed out). Spacious bar and restaurant area. Approx. 15 minute walk to town centre.

Beautiful hotel, spacious and very clean! Staff were lovely and accommodating. The rooms are huge! Bedroom, bathroom and a little chill out room to read or watch TV, have breakfast. 2 tvs, coffee/tea, mini fridge, iron, ironing board, trouser press, liquid, soap, conditioner, shampoo, body wash, fresh towels each day, lovely and warm. Very close to town centre but you don't really hear the traffic noise. Has a lift. Restaurants on site

The hotel is very well placed with plenty of restaurants close by as are the harbour, bus station and shops. The basement swimming pool, spa and gym are lovely facilities and we had a great room overlooking the Jersey museum. Inside the room it was quiet and the balcony was in the sun until late afternoon with a view to the harbour. Breakfasts were very good as was the service
